Welcome to my expanding list of frequently asked questions. I have put the four most important ones first.

Is this Rod & Staff's site?

No. In fact, they have no Web site, official or unofficial. Any site claiming to be such does so without their authorization, approval, or consent.

However, you can purchase Rod & Staff materials here with confidence.

What are your shipping rates?

I live in Canada. Will buying from you help me avoid customs fees?

Yes -- customs fees are included in our shipping charges.

So you're a Canadian site -- are the prices in Canadian dollars?

No. Rod & Staff's prices are in US dollars, so our prices on this site are as well.

How soon do you ship?

We aim to have your order shipped within five business days of receiving your payment. We do our best to process orders in the order in which they were paid.

Is there no way to get expedited processing from you?

For an additional fee of $20, we can have the material on its way to you within two business days of your payment, or we will refund the $20 fee.

What is your returns policy for Rod & Staff materials?

Occasionally, Rod & Staff materials which are purchased from us need to be returned for a variety of reasons. If that is the case with you, contact us promptly for authorization and instructions. You have two weeks from the time you receive them until the return opportunity ends.

If the items arrive in good saleable condition, we will issue an 85% credit to your account. We do not credit shipping costs.

    How do you ship?

    Actually, we don't do any shipping. The materials you order here will be shipped to you directly by Rod & Staff.

    Most of the time, they ship via UPS. If you prefer Postal Service shipping, please let us know in your order's Other Comments section or via a separate email.

    I don't see something in your catalog. What do I do?

    If Rod & Staff offers something you need and we don't have it online yet, send us an email and we'll do what we can to help you.

    How do I get a print Rod & Staff catalog?

    What is the connection between this site and Mark's? They look so much the same!

    Mark and we have a business agreement that allows us to have this "clone" site in exchange for a commission of our sales. Mark is our webmaster for this site, which is part of his Anabaptist Solutions "network."

    Actually, beyond general appearance, this site really isn't a clone of his. While a lot of the content here mirrors his, we offer far more products from Rod & Staff's print catalog. On the other hand, his site offers a lot of materials that Rod & Staff does not carry.

    Does Rod & Staff offer any kind of record-keeping services?

    No.
