We accept online payments using the services of PayPal. Thus you can pay from your PayPal balance as well as with your bank card.

However, you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay for your order with your credit or debit card.

We aim to have your order shipped within five business days of receiving your payment. We do our best to process orders in the order in which they were paid.

The materials you order here will be shipped to you directly by Rod & Staff. Most of the time, they ship via UPS. If you prefer Postal Service shipping, please let us know in your order's Other Comments section or via a separate email.

Our shipping rates match theirs.

Occasionally, Rod and Staff materials which are purchased from us need to be returned for a variety of reasons. If that is the case with you, contact us promptly for authorization and instructions. You have two weeks from the time you receive them until the return opportunity ends.

If the items arrive in good saleable condition, we will issue an 85% refund. We do not credit shipping costs.
